New Fel`da of Interior to be sworn in coming Sunda

The Hapan News Network theme-tune fades out as a smiling visage of Anacia Chalcedon appears on the screen. The logo of Ministry of the Interior is displayed prominently in the background.
"Good afternoon Hapes!" She pauses adjusting her pose as the camera angle is changed and a portrait of Deputy Minister Randell is superimposed on the ministry’s logo.
"Six months ago Fel`ta Randell took charge of the Ministry of the Interior. Today he has been promoted to Fel`da and officially takes his seat on the Royal Council. We bring you now to Palace of the Interior, where Fel`da Regalix Cyrus is scheduled to make the public announcement."
The view changes to an open air plaza overlooking the Lake Ajaz. A simple podium with a lectern adorned with ministry logo is all that can be seen by way of furniture, in front of it various ministry officials have gathered along with select press representatives. The murmur of the conversations quiets down as Prime Minister Cyrus takes place behind the lectern.
"Thank you all for attending. Over the past half a year, since former Fel`da Kal Djin stepped down as Minister of the Interior and Xesh stepping up to the plate of Acting Minister of the Interior, he has shown himself as a valuable individual and member of the Hapes Consortium. He has proved to be an independent thinker with self-direction with the capacity to both lead and follow, creating a positive impact in the Consortium. The members of the Royal Council have therefore unanimously approved the appointment of Fel`ta Xesh Randell to the post of Fel`da of the Ministry of the Interior."
The audience begins applauding. After a few moments the Fel`da Regalix raises his hand to call for silence. He smiles as a female Hapan attendant approaches from the side of the stage, walking towards the center with two small cases in hand.
"With that being said, I would like to mark this event by providing some recognition to Fel`da Randell for his work and dedication to the Consortium." Prime Minister receives the cases from the attendant, displaying their content to the gathered public for a brief moment.
"For devotion and dedicated service towards the Crown and creating a positive impact upon Hapan society, I present you with the Gold Medal of Service and the Golden Wings." He removes the medals from their cases and pins them upon the left breast of Xesh.
"May you continue to serve the Consortium with pride and distinction!" Fel`da Regalix Cyrus begins clapping followed by the thunderous applause by the crowd.
"Thank you, Fel`da Regalix!" Minister Randell shakes hands with Prime Minister. "I accept these awards not just on my own behalf, but on behalf of the whole Ministry of the Interior. For I am but one man, and could hardly do this work without the help of the countless other individuals, many of whom are present here today." Xesh smiles, seeking out and noding to several ministry officials, including his former superior Kal Djin.
"I am deeply honored to be entrusted with this office and will uphold it to the best of my abilities! I take great pride in what we have accomplished so far and am confident that we can do more. For the Crown, for the Consortium and for the glory of all its peoples!"
The view of the Palace plaza fades into background and Anacia Chalcedon once again appears on the screen.
"HNN offers congratulations to Minister Randell! The swearing in ceremony is scheduled to take place on Sunday with celebrations in the Palace of the Interior continuing for the rest of the week.
