Template:PlanetaryBody-Moon The moon Schoibato is the third satellite of Lorell. Prior to being developed in to an ecumenopolis, the moon was primarily dry desert terrain. After House Tylger purchased and nationalised Endara Reclaim Industries (then called StormOne Recycling) in 4032, Schoibato was transformed for the company's benefit in the Schoibato Project. The satellite still functions as the company's headquarters with most city districts devoted to recycling and production.
History
Schoibato was largely unsettled and unused prior to its development in 4032. Scientists occasionally visited the planet to take soil samples and observe the Lorellon star. Occasionally schools of Lorell would arrange field trips to the moon and some wealthier individuals visited on occasion to bask in the sun by the rare occasional oasis.
During the Hapan civil war the Draconian Union maintained a small base for the Draconian Fighter Corps on the northern hemisphere along with some planetary defence batteries. All of these installations were demolished and burried underneath the dunes after the signing of the Gallinore Accords in 3999.
As StormOne Recycling became a member of the Royal League of Commerce in the summer of 4032, the league chairman tried to find a suitable location for the company to set up shop. While originally a sister-company of the Akheton Mining Corporation which was based in the Tirsa system, the company sought a more central location from which to sell its products. Schoibato was selected and developed by the Royal League of Commerce along with the Office of the Prime Minister in the fall of 4032. StormOne Recycling funded the construction of the capital district along with all factories and recycling plants themselves.

Governance
As a planetary body in the Lorell system and Rifle Worlds region, Schoibato falls under the jurisdiction of the Archon of the Rifle Worlds. However, as the moon is devoted primarily to the operations of Endara Reclaim Industries, the company maintains a Governor or Administrator of the moon and all acticities on it.
Endara Reclaim Industries maintains a faction headquarters in the city-district located at 2,2 along with senior employee housing and many facilities for the benefit of the local residents of the moon. Schoibato has close to 75 million inhabitants which reside in skyscrapers and highrises in and around the production districts.
Commerce & Industry
Since being developed, industrial and commercial activity on Schoibato has gradually increased. The majority of the city districts are devoted to recycling activities, most of this contain as many as five recycling plants. A handful of districts have factories instead of recycling plants and are ear-marked for the production of so called Ugly starfights; Y-TIE, X-TIE, TIE-Wing.
Another major aspect of the moon and company's income stems from the sale of raw materials extracted from the demolition and recycling of ships, vehicles, facilities, items, droids and even space stations. These material loads are usually dumped in the starport districts and offered for sale on the galactic markets.
Terrain & Provinces
The dunes of Schoibato were leveled as development of the moon began and not much of the original desert terrain remains. Most of the city-districts contain parks and fountains for the enjoyment of local residents, though the occasional original oasis has been preserved in the area around the capital district.
