The final and current 15-tier rank structure was decided upon in 4030 when the Royal Hapan Armed Forces reformed under the Ministry of Defence following massive expansion after the Black Sun Crisis.
The Royal Hapan Support Corps was also once a part of the Royal Hapan Armed Forces, but its former rank structure is not included in this article.
