Template:PlanetaryBody-Minor XY322098 is one of three major asteroid fields in the remnants of the Orthwell system and also the nickname of the largest asteroid within the field. The asteroid fields of Orthwell are part of the greater Orelon Belt which is all that remains of the star Orelon, the planets Relephon and Thrakia along with their many moons which were destroyed in 3189.
During the Hapan civil war the surface and interior of XY322098 was settled by both the Draconian Union and Sword Confederacy which established outposts and underground bunker complexes on the asteroid. The siege of XY322098 was one of the most drawn out battles of the conflict and lasted over 17 months. Many of the troops who survived the siege suffered from hysteria and paranoia as a result of long exposure to the darkness of the Orthwell system.
