Template:UnderConstruction Template:Government-Minister Celestin Septim Abriel is the former Minister of Justice and Chief Justice of the Court of King's Bench. Starting his political career within the Hapes Consortium as Governor of Lorell, Abriel was taken under the wing of Lord Zell Jaak, the Minister of the Interior at the time. As Jaak ascended to the position of Prime Minister in 4030, Abriel took over the ministry and reformed it in to a more effective department.
