Template:Noble House-Current House Shaa is a noble house of the level Tarii which owns a large estate on Alsnin in the Alsace system. The house does not have any representation in Lorell Hall anymore.
During the Dark Age the family was among the most powerful noble houses in the Draconian Union. Initially it ruled the Grand Tarii of Dreema from Alsnin, before taking over the entire Alsace system after the defeat of the Victory Alliance.
History
Age of Queen-Mothers
House Shaa was founded as a Dukatii on Alsnin in 702 with the establishment of the feudal nobility system. They remained subordinate to House Tyrridon up until the Third Expansion Era when Qalin Vali'dara was made Queen-Mother and the Dreema system was discovered.
House Shaa was elevated to Tarii and became the symbolic ruler of the un-colonised Dreema system in 3215, governing from their seat on Alsnin. The Grand Tarii of Dreema became an important part of the Rim Worlds region for the duration of the Age of Queen-Mothers.
Dark Age
The house supported the cause of Princess Da'tan and the Draconian Union during the Hapan civil war of the Dark Age. In 3965 the family was forced to evacuate their estate on Alsnin as House Tyrridon and House Vali'dara formed the Victory Alliance in the Alsace system.
The family lived in exile in the Arxian system, building up their military forces with the help of House Olanji before defeating the Victory Alliance in a series of battles between 3970 and 3972. House Shaa was assigned to administrate the entire Alsace system.
The family introduced a hard-line conservative and tyrannical rule of the system with the blessing of House Ci'hani. Over the next decade the family was in constant conflict with the rebel cell Tears of Dawnstar which was disruptive for all Draconian activity in the system.
Eventually the house was forced to release their hold on Cavallero and Dreena, holding Alsnin as the last Draconian fortification in the system. They stood their ground until peace was announced between the Draconian Union and Phoenix Movement in 3999.
Phoenix Age & Golden Age
House Shaa somewhat reluctantly agreed to cease hostilities in 3999 and did very little to contribute to the reunification of the Hapes Consortium under King Andrew. The family's representation in Lorell Hall was removed, along with their governance of the Alsace system in 4003.
Since then, the family has retreated to a quiet life in their estate on the north-eastern continent of Alsnin.
