How do I join the Hapes Consortium?
For all matters concerning joining the Hapes Consortium, please visit the Office of Hapan Recruitment section, or go straight to the Join Overview or the mandatory Join Application Form.

Can I rejoin Hapes?
Former members seeking to rejoin the Hapes Consortium must follow the same procedure as new applicants. You may be required to attend an interview with a Hapan official regarding previous employment and activities.

Why is my user account locked?
Your account may have been locked for a number of reasons:

  • If you have left the Hapes Consortium or a nationalized group, your account will be manually locked by an administrator.
  • If you have been inactive for an extended period of time, your account will be automatically locked by the site. To get it unlocked, please contact your superior officer or any member of the Royal Council.
  • If you entered the wrong password more than three times, your account will be temporarily locked for 1 hour. If logging in is urgent, you may contact members of the Royal Council to request it be unlocked.
  • Your account may have been manually locked if you transferred between the Hapes Consortium proper and a nationalized group and you did not specify a reason on the Combine for departing the faction. To correct this, please contact your superior officer or a member of the Royal Council.

Why is my message board account locked?
Access to the Hapes Consortium's message board is typically restricted to members of the Hapes Consortium proper and affiliated groups. Some high priority diplomatic contacts may be granted (often temporary) access.
If you are a member and your account was deactivated or locked, it may be because you changed your password or e-mail address. Reactivation by an administrator is required. Please contact Alex Tylger, Gane Lant or Tal Locke for assistance.

What is the stance of the Hapes Consortium in the Galactic Civil War?
As a member of the Galactic Concordiate, the Hapes Consortium maintains relative isolationism and has a default stance of neutrality towards all governments, corporations, and organizations in the Galaxy unless otherwise specified.

For details regarding the Hapes Consortium's alliances and partnerships, please refer to the Ministry of External Affairs - Agreements section.

What territory does the Hapes Consortium govern?
The Hapes Consortium governs a sector known as the Hapes Cluster, located in the Inner Rim, galactic east of the Core regions. As of 4037, the Consortium also shares joint responsibility with the Trade Federation over the Neshig Sector.

Can I become a Hapan citizen?
Unless you are a member of the Hapes Consortium or a nationalized corporation or organization, you cannot become a Hapan citizen.

For details regarding citizenship, see the Civilian Act.

Can I visit Hapan space?
Travel in the territory of the Hapes Consortium is strictly regulated and limited. However, the Lorell system - designated for diplomacy and commerce - is an open system that may be visited at any time.

Travel to the planet Hapes for the purpose of retrieving new members is permitted, but restrictions apply. The Hapes Consortium recommends that new members of the Galaxy make use of the NPC Transport system to depart Hapes Prime.

Please see the Territorial Security Act for details.

Can I purchase ships, vehicles, items, or weapons of Hapan design?
The Hapes Consortium does not sell any distinct Hapan designs, nor does it rent out use of such datacards. This is attributed to the Hapes Consortium's need for cultural preservations.

Individuals interested in the Nova Battle Cruiser should consider the Kaloth Battle Cruiser as an alternative, as datacards are available via the Anzatan Commonwealth.
